The first tub I ordered was defective, but the supplier wouldn't return it, but Emco did.
The next time I did bathroom rents, I went to Emco expecting the same service. I ordered a tub - they said 3 weeks. Today it is 3 weeks later but they said the order was delayed and it would be another 3 weeks. During the past 3 weeks, we called several times to ask about our order and delivery date - and at no point were we ever told about a delay or any problems with our order.
Bad customer service.
