Terra started off with a huge leg up. Before even entering the home she walked us through the process, gave us tip sheets and a home organizer for our house maintenance. It was a small gesture but showed, from the start, that she was there to do what was best for us in our home buying journey.
She took her time, answering questions, giving helpful tips, and making sure that we were on the same page about each room.
Terra was informative and clear, giving us home maintenance suggestions, and making the whole process worry free. We walked out with an excellent understanding of the home, immediate fixes vs long-range timeframes.
The thermal imaging and drone used to view the roof provided that extra security that told us we weren’t going to get any surprises.
