The inspection was very thoroughly done. I am very pleased with the experience. When I arrived the inspector had already done a walk around the outside of the town house and had a few notes to share. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions in detail. I feel very satisfied with the whole experience. I received the inspection report the same day as my inspection and it is very thoroughly done. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

We really appreciate your kind words. Even though your home is a condominium townhouse we still have a look around on the exterior of your unit to see if we find any major concerns, it is the condo boards responsibility to repair the issues but they might not know that they are there.
