James was very professional. He responded to my emails right away. Provided me with a reasonable quote. And he kept me informed of the move throughout the entire two days. James went out of his way to pick up and deliver the piano on time. I plan on hiring him to tune the piano when its time.

that was a hard day. when i was back to toronto it was 2 am already.
organizing 2 long distance moving is not an easy job.also i appreciate your cooperation for picking it up earlier than planned.without it we might had to sleep in the motel somewhere in between montreal and ottawa.
still im in one piece.thanks for your business again.
