James and his team of movers took such great care of my piano. It was wrapped and anchored and protected so well in their truck. They were friendly and punctual and replied very quickly to my emails. He even sent an email with a link so I could track his progress from the Falls into Toronto. James even gave me advice about the best place to put it in our new home.
