James and his crew moved our piano from the main floor to upstairs and tuned it 3 weeks later. The service was excellent, they brought 3 people for the move, and were very professional and thorough. The piano was wrapped securely and placed exactly where I asked. They were on time as scheduled as well.
The tuning was also on time, and took about an hour. Service there also very good. James is friendly, courteous and professional.
