James was very quick to reply on my email requests and took on my piano move within the week. I did not have to wait too long for my appointment. James and his team showed up on time; took apart my grand piano; wrapping up all of its parts carefully. They maneuvered the piano up and down several steps and safely transported my grand to its new home. The team was courteous, friendly and very professional.
