The estimate process was timely and they made a plan/sketch (unlike some other estimates I got). The price compared reasonably with other estimates.
They started pretty soon after I gave the go-head. It took about 2 weeks, including everything, which was pretty good. The finished product accurately reflected the plan/sketch and my wants. I expect it will last decades. There was good attention to detail and they guys were polite and friendly.
