After considering a couple of other companies, we chose Your Reno Crew to do our kitchen upgrades. Gary was very professional and helpful when we discussed our ideas with him. Once the plans were in place, work started very promptly. We were quite impressed with all the workers. They always arrived on time and were polite, friendly and professional. Thanks Dave for your careful attention to detail, helping out with some small unplanned tasks and cleaning up each day before going home. Work done: some new cabinetry installed, some old moved, new cabinetry doors and end panels with new hardware, new quartz counter top, backsplash, sink and faucet. The project was easy to live with and Gary tried to organize things such that our life was minimally disrupted. There were a few small glitches along the way but nothing that couldn't be dealt with. We appreciate Gary helping with some materials selection and guiding us through things. Your Reno Crew removed the old tile from the walls behind my bathtub and removed the bulkhead. They installed new tiles and painted the ceiling. They were very professional in doing the work, and did a very nice job. They came when they said they would and the job was completed in the time frame they had advised.

Gutted old bathroom and replaced everything, using one company, Your Reno Crew. They were fantastic and proferssional from start to finish, the quote was fair, they stuck to it, gave us solid advice, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They cleaned up after themselves every day, they were always upbeat, willing to discuss what they were doing when approached and ensured that we were happy with the final product. We hired "Your Reno Crew" because of the great reviews on this site. We just moved into our house & wanted the 2nd floor extended right across to the entranceway so no one could fall over the existing railing down to the main floor. Gary came by our house, we told him what we were thinking of & asked if it was possible. Plus we had a number of small projects we wanted done around the house because we aren't DIY'ers. Gary got back to us right away with a detailed quote and a time estimate. Once we hired the company, we were introduced to Dave the project manager & things got underway. They had to change plans for the floor extension because a support beam in the house wasn't where it was supposed to be, but that wasn't their fault. When it was all said & done, the new area looks GREAT. The painters & electrician they used to complete the project were very professional & cleaned up after themselves every time they were done for the day. Dave was very good at keeping us in the loop about who was coming in to work & when. He also took care of all the other smaller projects we needed done in the house. We asked Dave about security screen doors too. He looked into it & suggested a company that could do it for us. We are VERY happy with quality of their work and will definitely use them again when we need something else done. They do exceptional work and we felt the price was very fair.

I'm glad I hired Gary's "Your Reno Crew". The quality of work was tops. Many people have noticed the quality of the work and commented on it. The freedom to ask questions set me at ease. The honest answers and the consistent effort to provide prompt and non-begrudging work showed me that we were working towards the same goal -- the goal of a job well done on every level. We were not expecting the renovation cost for our two bathrooms to be that high however we did our due diligence and found three companies to quote . Although they were not the lowest priced my wife and I thought that Garry from Your Reno Crew would offer the best service and we are happy to say that not only did he live up to our expectations he exceeded them. We knew that the bathroom subfloor would have to be renewed but on doing so there was a bow in the floor and rather than "float" the tile it was explained to us that the correct procedure was to skim coat the floor to level it and then tile, it takes longer but produces a better finished product and Garry's crew like to do things right the first time. if you are planning any renovations I would highly recommend using them.

I read the good reviews and decided to hire them to renovate my bathroom. Well I must say I was very happy with their work, their professionalism, and their easy going manner. Working with them was a positive and enjoyable experience. Renovations can be stressful and Your Reno Crew set my mind at ease. I highly recommend them and definitely will hire them again. I am pleased with the workmanship and the final result. I feel fortunate to have found them.

The quote/contract clearly spelled out the scope of the work. Extras that I later requested were fairly priced - no gouging or unexpected billings. I asked that the work be done in stages, in accordance with a timeline dependent on me completing certain aspects of the renovation myself. Your Reno Crew was very accommodating in this regard. The workers were tidy, courteous and personable. They were quick to respond to my requests for small changes or improvements to work that had been completed. They were also very careful not to damage areas of the house that were not being renovated, such as tiling in the entry way. In short, I would say my experience with Your Reno Crew was "quality work by a quality company."
