An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I'm glad I hired Gary's "Your Reno Crew". The quality of work was tops. Many people have noticed the quality of the work and commented on it. The freedom to ask questions set me at ease. The honest answers and the consistent effort to provide prompt and non-begrudging work showed me that we were working towards the same goal -- the goal of a job well done on every level. Finally their willingness to offer advice in unexpected areas and to go the second mile, doing things I hadn't thought of, demonstrated their generosity. I'd have them back tomorrow!
