Basement Renovation review in

The owner of this company is Neil Greenberg. He was a pleasure to deal with. There were no snags in the construction. The project was completed on time and on budget. There were no extra unplanned charges. The entire basement had to be ripped out. We now have a modern, spacious, well lit and well arranged basement. We never butted heads with the contractor. Neil was very accomodating to our needs and no additional unplanned expenses were incurred. We subsequently renovated a whole building from the basement up ... including excavation and building of an addition. Complete new electrical, HVAC, plumbing roofing flooring drywalling etc. We never had a moment of grief from Neil and this was a renovation exceeding $250,000
