When we discovered a major crack in our window we contacted our original installer Canadian Choice windows and Alana the deck up our contract off over a decade and got in touch with Home Tech due process the order for our replacement window Dideh at home Tech was absolutely marvellous in reassuring us that this would be a rush order given that the first snowfall had already arrived and sure enough within 3 weeks we had the very capable Felipe installing the window episode professionally - with regard to covid protocol -excellent removal and installation of the new - and attention to detail including dusting our personal tarp in his truck - and as hefinished his previous job ahead of schedule, he called to enquire if we were available earlier and got the job done most capably.
