We have moved many times and last two times with Metro Vancouver Movers. You cannot compare what they do with other moving companies. They provided us free plastic moving totes almost 2 weeks before our actual move and take them all almost a week after our moving date. We do not hesitate to recommend them to our friends. I moved from a first floor apartment to a third floor apartment, and like all good moves, there was a wrench thrown into mine when the couch would NOT go through our front hallway, into our living room. At my wits end, I called Metro Vancouver Movers to help me hoist the couch over my third floor balcony! On short notice, four guys arrived first thing the next morning and my partner and I thought that they were amazing! Not only did they blanket wrap the couch, but they plastic wrapped it as well, making it weather proof. I just want to say thank you! And, I want to tell everyone that this company is five star.

This was by far the easiest move I've ever had. The person who booked the move was very accommodating and courteous.They provided us with a free estimate to gauge the best option. They arrived punctually and well-prepared. They did not dawdle and worked continuously till the job was done. The movers were very courteous and personable throughout the whole move (which was a big one by the way).

efficient in time however to me it seemed they lack enough proper moving equipment such as blankets, tools etc. seemed there was a lot of taping and shrink wrapping but items were still scratched.

I donated my leather recliner to my aunt who lives in a care facility in New Westminster. I live in Pitt Meadows. I called around to several moving companies and the quotes I was getting were outrageous. Not only were they charging $200 plus but also charging for gas and mileage. I called them and spoke to owner who was very professional, his quote was extremely reasonable and his movers who came to my home were also very professional, fast and efficient. They took great care in wrapping and protecting my furniture for transport. Metrovan Movers did and incredible job moving us from a condo into a house and we are forever grateful for their impeccable service. We are a young family and were moving with a little baby. They took the hassle out of the move and made it seem incredible easy and hassle free. They provided all of the moving gear including, plastic containers, hanger boxes and packing equipment. They were extremely professional and took extreme care moving all of our furniture. They even disassembled our beds and wall mounted televisions. Not a single scratch on any of our furniture or walls, even though they had to climb several sets of stairs moving furniture up and down in our new home. They even moved all of our plants including an 8ft tall cactus and several orchids which all arrived without a single broken branch.
