I called Mr Heat for service this week (Aug 17, 2021) due to our home central A/C not working (outside unit was not running). 11 years ago Mr. Heat installed a new A/C for me in 2010, I was very satisfied at the time with the knowledge, professionalism, credibility of the technician, as well as pricing discussion.
So I confidently called Mr Heat to take care of my A/C issue (first time ever needed service in over 10 years), and asked for Mike, the same tech.
As I watched the tech at the outside unit, I was impressed by his step by step investigation into the problem, and his testing of the root cause(s) and ultimate solution. I am very satisfied with the outcome, and the speed at which the problem was resolved, same day that I called.
I would not hesitate to call Mr. Heat again if I needed another trustworthy HVAC person in future.
P.S. Cost for the repair was for the recent service call, parts and labour.
