The quoted price was much lower than the real charge. For instance the quoted price for piano handle fee was $150, but charged $200, wrapping free but charged $70.0, plus the other not listed charges, it ended up a couple hundreds more. The deliveries were with many damages, we communicated with Vega line’s claim department for four months. The final answer was that customer did not pay the wrapping fee, the bed frame was not broken that bad and can still be used (we actually threw the frame away because it was unusable).
