Fantastic Window Repair and Service
We had a window that had been leaking for some time, and the entire framing was rotten. Whoever installed this window originally didn't do it correctly and ended up causing damage to the framing on both the outside and inside of the house. The window itself was still in great condition, the install was just done incorrectly, and Sobol Inc. was the only company that offered to fix the issue rather than just sell us a new window.
Archie and his team did a fantastic job repairing the damage, and re-installing the window and were very professional and friendly throughout. He explained what the issues were and what was needed to address them so that this wouldn't happen again in the future.
I will definitely be reaching out to him and his team when we are ready to replace the older windows in our home.
