Mike was very helpful in getting us set up for payments . the roof looks very nice and have had friends commenting on it . i would recommend Eco roofing to anyone . the workmanship was very professionally done and the cleanup was good

We had the roof done in Oct 2015 we where impressed with the way they presented there product, warranty, financing &the company back ground the sales man Rick was very prompt & informative. Our problem was with the contractor that did the work it was a sub contractor out of Chatham called C.M.P. Construction seemed very professional at first but at the end of the job we found a lot of imperfections in the finished side of his work, corners not done proper , visible areas not finished even, areas not cut even leaving a terrible look, debri left everywhere did not use ground tarps (we are still finding nails in the driveways & grass ETC. London Eco was very quik to send someone out to correct the defects & in the end gave us a small refund as a good will gesture.

One word, excellent. You want a metal roof? You want to make your neighbours jealous? Definitely go with this company. We wanted a metal roof, so I contacted at least 8 companies, only two came back to me, after a week. Clif, came next day, well prepared and we got a good deal.

This was overall a positive experience. Richard the salesman explained the entire process to me and gave me lots of choices although I had already decided what I wanted. They called me the day before installation was to start, then the next morning Patrick knocked on the door, introduced himself and proceeded to start the job. I found the workers very courteous and respectful, cleaning up every day before they left. Patrick came to the door when the job was finished and showed me pictures of the roof. It looks fantastic and I have had many positive comments on it. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone based on the product, the courtesy, and the integrity they have shown.
The only downside was that it took two weeks to pick up the leftover supplies.

They did a good job at installing the new roof on my home. The workers were personable and courteous, I couldn't be happier with their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

We decided to install a metal roof. A co-worker had used London Eco-Roof and was extremely satisfied with the product and service she received. We contacted London Eco-Roof and a salesman promptly came to our house. We appreciated his honestly and no pressure sales pitch. We were pleased with the quote and the warranty that came with the product. The roofers were very polite and did an excellent job. The work site was cleaned up each day and they took pride in their work. We would recommend London Eco-Roof to anyone considering a metal roof. It is a great company to do business with.

The roof looks great! It really stands out attractively on our street. It took a while for the work to get started during the summer, but that's only because they were so busy. Once the work began the job was done fairly quickly. Rain has not been an issue; it's just as quiet as with our previous asphalt roof. I was also happy with the 2 skylights London Eco-Roof replaced for us; it's easy not having to purchase them on your own like with other roofing companies. All of this for a very competitive price as well. If you're looking for an attractive and long-lasting metal roof I would recommend them!

When my new home became 12 years old, the shingle roof put on by the builder had reached the end of its life, in spite of a 25 year warranty. Everyone in my neighbourhood were putting on new roofs. After obtaining many quotes from contractors that install "better quality" shingles, I decided this was not what I want, and researched metal roofing. I contacted several companies for quotes, which I reviewed with them, and discussed in detail their material, installation technique, warranty...etc.

Not only was his quote more competitive than the others, but the product, the technique used, the warranty, as well as asking some neighbours about their experiences with London Eco-Roof, who had previously installed their roofs for them, and they all had nothing but great things to say.

The installation crew completed the job in just 4 1/2 days, in spite of rainy and windy weather in Spring, and were very careful and respectful of the property. Once the new roof was installed, right away I started to get compliments from neighbours and even passers by who would stop and ask me questions, or in many cases stop their cars while driving down my street. One neighbour after asking me some questions, asked me to refer him to Londo Eco-Roof so he can sign up for a new roof, which was just completed and now they are the proud owners of their beautiful new roof.

My new roof from London Eco-Roof has given me confidence that my property is protected no matter what the weather conditions outside are, strong winds, rain, snow, sun and uv rays...etc. Something a shingle roof cannot provide over the long term, no matter how good it seems to be.

The salesperson, Ryan, was very helpful from our first meeting. He correctly estimated when they would be able to perform the work. The crew arrived early on a very hot day and worked steadily and cheerfully until the job was completed 2 days later. The job site was kept tidy and left very clean. The crew chief, Joe, designed a very clever and innovative solution to a difficult valley problem. It is working perfectly. The end result is very attractive and is admired by our friends and neighbours. We feel that it has added great value to our home. Thanks Eco Roof!

When Eco Roof's team arrived, they proved to be a very hard working experienced crew. The product is wonderful. We have had high winds and major rain storms since it was installed. We hear less noise now from the storms. Wish we had this roof installed when we built our home fifteen years ago. Do not regret purchasing this product.
