I spent most of the summer stymied to why I was losing more water than was normal. Finally caved and called Pool Buoy, who was recommended by a neighbor. Larry was able to squeeze me in to a very busy schedule to which I was grateful as my pool closing was pending. After a meticulous and time exhausting set of diagnostic tests, no stone was left upturned, a minor leak was detected in one of my return valves. Since this poses no danger to the liner and the valve would be plugged up for winter closing the repair would be tackled next spring. Larry then provided me with a detailed cost estimate for the repair that seemed more than fair for the work involved. I will definitely use Pool Buoy for this repair when my pool is re opened in May.

We contacted Larry after reading all of the great reviews on the HomeStars site to come out to do a leak detection test. He was very meticulous in completing all the required testing and walked us through the results and all of our options for repair. We had Larry come the following week to do what was suppose to be a routine leak repair until he got to the lines and discovered that we had a problem with the way the lines were installed. Larry was very open that he could do the repair but advised us that it would be a temporary solution and that more than likely we would end up with another leak in the future given the way the lines were installed. Larry recommended we replace the lines completely and came back the following week to do the job. Larry was very understanding of our situation and all the expenses we had incurred as new pool owners to an old pool that needed extensive work and gave us a great deal. It has been one week since Larry and his assistant came out to replace our pool lines and so far so good! I would definitely recommend Pool Buoy Corp. Larry is very reasonable, patient and takes the time with his clients to explain things and answer any questions one may have. Thanks again Larry!

Larry was the first contractor to respond to my call. He was patient in listening to the issue with my pool and very thorough in checking all spots. He arrived when promised; called me when he was leaving the job before mine with an ETA. Throughout his time on site, he kept me posted and explained everything step by step. He called the day after to check in on me.

Our pool had a slow leak which worsened over the winter. We contacted Larry at Pool Buoys (found on Homestars) who responded promptly, arrived when he said he would and detected and repaired our two small leaks on the same visit. The price we paid was exactly as quoted. He is a pleasure to deal with.

We discovered that there was a leak in our pool after opening the pool in the spring. We contacted Pool Buoy via a HomeStars email request and received an email from Larry shortly after. He kept his appointment as promised, came to our home and provided us with a free quotation to (a) repair the leaks and (b) replace the pool liner. We decided to repair the leaks at this time and Larry returned on a separate visit to complete the repairs. We are very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend Larry and Pool Buoy to others. We will definitely be calling back in the fall to close our pool for the winter.

This company was good, neat, punctual, and I would give them 10/10 across the board. The job was perfect and I really liked them. They performed a water leak test in my pump system and fixed it.

This company is awesome. Larry (the owner) quickly located and fixed the holes in my pool liner (most so small you couldn't even see them). He arrived on time, clearly explained process and promptly went about the repair. Something to be aware of Pool Buoy does the leak location and repair in one shot -- most other similar services do not.
