I have been procrastinating for a number of years on a irrigation system for my front and back lawn and this year decided it was time. I researched a number of companies and based on positive responses and reviews decided to give Urban Lawn Sprinkler System a call. Rick, the owner, responded within minutes to my enquire and a meetup date to discuss further was setup. Rick arrived on time and explained in great detail what was to done and walked me through the process. Once complete and answering all my questions he provided me with a written quotation. Based on the fairness of the estimate as well as Rick coming across as a knowledgeable and honest individual I accepted the offer. We agreed on a mid June date to have the job started and completed. On that date Rick and his crew arrived on time and ready to work. Within that day four zones were set up and completed to my full and absolute satisfaction. Rick's crew were amazing. Hard working, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. At the end it was if they weren't ever there. Before they left I received a thorough tutorial on how to use the system. The experience from start to finish was extremely professional and seamless. Thanks to Rick and his crew for a job well done. Highly recommended!

This past September Larry from Pool Buoy discovered a minor leak on one of my return lines. Since it was closing season he suggested he come back in the Spring to finish the job. True to his word Larry was able to accommodate me and fit me into his busy schedule by showing up this past Sunday. Job was time consuming and physical exhaustive but was completed to my complete satisfaction. Larry is a true professional, honest, and delivers on his promises. Would not hesitate to use his services again. Highly recommended!

I spent most of the summer stymied to why I was losing more water than was normal. Finally caved and called Pool Buoy, who was recommended by a neighbor. Larry was able to squeeze me in to a very busy schedule to which I was grateful as my pool closing was pending. After a meticulous and time exhausting set of diagnostic tests, no stone was left upturned, a minor leak was detected in one of my return valves. Since this poses no danger to the liner and the valve would be plugged up for winter closing the repair would be tackled next spring. Larry then provided me with a detailed cost estimate for the repair that seemed more than fair for the work involved. I will definitely use Pool Buoy for this repair when my pool is re opened in May.

I could not be happier over the professionalism and respectful manner exhibited by Valentin at Strong Plumbing. He took and returned my call promptly and came over to my Mom's house the same day to replace and install a kitchen faucet that was badly leaking. It was a tricky job but Valentin completed the work in a timely and accurate manner. I thank him for looking after my Mom's needs so quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Strong Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

I don't have enough positive words to describe this company and it's service. My patio screen door ripped on me on Monday night. Called Greg the very next day ( who answered the phone right away even though I could tell he was on a work site). Arrangements were made, On Wednesday morning Greg came out to complete the job to my complete satisfaction. Couldn't have been handled any better. Thanks Greg and the the Doctor Screen team.

Absolutely first rate operation. Had a minor issue with a leaky PVC pipe leading to my pool heater. Office staff was called and they set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Technician Joe came out the very next day and remedied the problem in no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and engaging to deal with. I have used Gasfix in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
