Both the servicers were pleasant and organized they gave advice where needed and overall a pleasant experience for a first time client. I will definitely use again and will recommend.

I've used several duct cleaning companies over the years (I believe clean ducts are essential for indoor air quality) and I'm motivated to say that Advanpro was the most efficient and professional. From phone call to completion I was pleased. The lads were obviously experienced hands and I'm pleased with the results.

I hired advanpro to come clean my vents and service my furnace. The team was extremely professional, and as per our request to protect the walls from their vacuum - they placed protectors in front of the walls which was very much appreciated. They also came on extremely short notice!

Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely hire them again.

I called Advanpro for an emergency furnace repair. The technician (Michael) called back to advise me that he would be a couple of hours. While on the phone, he asked me to check a couple simple things. Sure enough we found a bare wire touching the furnace enclosure which was tripping a small breaker. Fixed the wire and the furnace was up and running. Once he ensured that everything was working ok, he said have a good night. When I asked if there is a minimal service charge, he assured me that there wasn’t and that Advanpro doesn’t like to gouge their customers. Their emergency call out rate is very reasonable compared to others. The booking person on the phone was very polite, as was Michael. I highly recommend this company for any services that they provide, great customer service!

I received a thorough furnace inspection for a reasonable price and technician, Mike, was very pleasant to deal with.

Mike was amazing! Honest and knew what he was talking about. I will definitely only be using him in the future. He knew exactly what was wrong and was very professional.
