After trying to get no less than 5 plumbing companies to come out to our rural home, I came across The Gentlemen Plumbers. They responded to my call immediately and set an appointment up right then and there. I didn't have to wait for a call back or whether my address could be plugged into google maps - they just said that they would be there.
Kale arrived with a great attitude and tons of knowledge. There wasn't any smoke and mirrors to the pricing; there wasn't extraordinary dispatch fees and I feel that I received good value for the work done.
Kale is now "our guy" and I feel confident that The Gentlemen Plumbers will continue to provide us with great service.
