I called Stampede to repair the torsion spring on my garage door. The person who made the appointment was both professional and polite. I received an appintment the next day. The service person was also professional and polite but unfortunately could not fix the door as it required professional grade springs. Not only did he call to make a appoinment with a company that could do it, I did not get charged a cent.
