Another company charged double for parts and labor and sold us parts we did not need. Stampede Overhead told us what the prices should have been and fixed our problem that the first company did not fix. I work for a big box hardware store and people ask us for recommendations and I will be happy to recommend Stampede Overhead Doors. Thank you, Ron
