I recently purchased a townhouse and I wanted to get the existing locks rekeyed. The locks had not been installed very well by the previous owner and were very stiff. Kevin made sure to not only rekey the locks but to fix the installation so they work properly. He was fast, professional and very personable. I would highly recommend Ambassador to my family and friends.
