Brad was referred to me by another contractor working on another area of my property. He was supposed to just do a small fix, but after he took a closer look at my roof, he quickly adjusted his quote and told me what I already knew, I needed a new roof. While he was happy to do just the fix, I knew it would cost me more in the long-run if I didn't replace the roof now. Within less than a week, he was at my property installing a new flat roof with a good warranty. He finished in the time promised and kept the site clean and free of debris. He even did some repairs on a portion of the roof that was outside the scope of the project without blinking an eye.
