Called RoofRepairs.ca based on their stellar online review and they booked me in for a free onsite assessment with Brad (the owner) the next day.
Brad spent over an hour looking over the roofing on the entire property, taking the time to explain everything clearly and patiently.
The work was done professionally, seamlessly and with a high level of care. The little things that matter (so much), including leaving the area tidy was taken care of every day. The team would always knock on the door first thing, to give us a heads up that they were going to start their work.
Kim made a point of calling me to give me timely updates throughout (including on her vacation :).
