I went into Kakoz Kitchens for a quote for my two bathroom vanities in October 2020. I chose my finishes and was given a quote. I was told I would have someone come measure the site within a week. Fast forward to November 2020. No communication from Kakoz. They came to measure after I called and emailed them numerous times. January 2021, I haven't heard anything regarding my vanities. We called to set up a meeting with the company. I went in for my scheduled meeting in which the person I was supposed to meet with "forgot" to show up. I met with another person who gave me my drawings and I signed off on them. It is now February 2021 and I just contacted the company AGAIN and they said that they haven't even started my cabinets yet.
All in all, this process should not have taken 4 months....especially with no end result.
The communication with this company is awful. They don't respond to emails or phone calls unless it is convenient to them.
I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants to get a project done in an efficient time period.
