Complete attic over haul & soffit repair
We did major renovations a couple of years ago... Starting from with the attic being insulated properly ( or so we thought! ) & much to our surprise this past winter we started to notice water stains around the pot lights & then they started to leak as well as the exposed support beam from where the walls were knocked down for an open concept started to leak!! The ceiling then started to crack in places.... After many calls & contractors coming out to have a look, we learned that the Original contractor never put a vapor barrier down or a proper vent from the bathroom fan or venting in the eaves Nor did they take the time to cover the 18 pot lights they just blew 4 ft of insulation into the attic.... Of all the contractors who came to have a look Neil from G “n” H was the only fellow that took the time to explain why this was happening & prepare us for what he may find after the insulation had been cleaned out & sure enough all that could of been wrong was! We received a quote in a reasonable amount of time & were also slated in for the repairs within a couple of weeks... This is a honest , hardworking, reliable company that I highly recommend!
