I am generally happy with the work/product, but my concern is with the service and communication with the company. I scheduled my work a few weeks in advance and took a 1/2 off work because the company agreed to show up around 8/8:30 AM. Long story short, they didn't show up until 1:30. There was no communication, announcement of their arrival, apologies, etc... from the actual people working on the garage, and very little communication from their project manager, I had to continuousl8y phone and ask for updates. When I tried multiple times to reach out to project manager after the fact for some resolution, I just got a bruch off and then a mention that someone else would be callign to discuss, its been over 2 months and no call.....
