Urgent roof repair saved our reno

We were in the middle of a kitchen reno this past August when we noticed a spot on the drywall in the bathroom right above. Upon inspection from the attic, we saw the insulation and drywall were soaked, We called our roofer (Simon Zhao from Guildwood who did a shingle replacement for us a few years ago) for help. The next day Simon showed up with a crew member for an inspection - no flaw was found so a water hose soak test was done and showed that one of the roof vents was the source - it had developed a crack.
Simon came back the next day replaced the vent. Problem solved.
I cannot recommend Guildwood Roofing enough! Friendly, honest competent. Thanks again Simon.
