I called JCJ Mechanical to install a new furnace. John came over and looked at my ducts, hydro panel and then looked at me with a strange look and asked who installed your air conditioning under the porch. I told him a contractor built the deck over the airconditioner. He asked me if it gave me any problems and I told him sometimes there was no cooling, especially on hot days it also blew hot air right where I had my table and chairs on the deck. Not a good thing having hot air blowing up at you on a hot day. He said the air conditioner must be moved, it is over heating and the compressor would break down and stop working. I was very upset about having to pay more money to move the air conditioner because I am a pensioner and didn't have the extra money .It was going to cost a thousand dollars. He could see I was very upset and told me not to worry that he would move the air conditioner at no charge when we install the furnace. They came and moved the central air out from under the porch, extended the wiring and the copper lines and installed it on the other side of my house. The men then installed the new furnace and they told me my heating duct to the sun room was never connected and that was why the heat was not coming through the register. Adriano said he would connect it for me. JCJ finished the job, charged me twenty one hundred and when John the owner passed by to do an inspection and pick up his check he reminded me about the seniors discount and took an extra 5% off. I couldn't be happier with the timing, politeness, workmanship and that there are still companys that respect and don,t take advantage of seniors.
