Updated review!! Blinds are 6 years old, after 13 months I reported to home builder that the blinds were tearing in each corner. They sent someone out to inspect and they confirmed that it was a fabric issue and they would contact Maxxmar. Maxxmar said it was due to using the blind. So technically for the blinds to last I should not be using them. I had to put tape on all the blinds to prevent them from tearing further. As of today Maxxmar still refuse to take accountability, I had two companies come out and try repair. First company said no way, that fabric is way to thin. They will not touch it. Second company spent two hours trying to repair but fabric kept tearing. I now have to replace all blinds. Terrible product and service!!!!
