N2 Details

We were looking to finish first phase of our reno by painting the following:
a New ceiling, crown and walls in our 2 story worth foyer;
a New skylight, which made the whole thing 6ft more taller;
1st floor and a part of the basement involving separate colors and sheens for wainscoting.
- Not a small job -

We were getting exhausted already in our effort to find a reasonably priced and acting upon contractor. The book can be written of crazy quotes, no shows, unreturned messages etc.

N2 Details was recommended to us by a color consultant.
Nelson returned my call and stopped by for an estimate promptly, the price was very acceptable, but something came up and we weren't able to start the project for a couple of months.
When we finally were ready, it was a bit less than two weeks before the Easter and it was a must to get the house done before it. Nelson really went out of his way trying to get us in, adjusted his schedule and started to work on our house.
Everything was going right and professionally handled incl cleaning, timing, selecting supplies etc. The company name speaks for itself. Really IN TO DETAILS. We didn't have to worry or check on the right paint colors, sheens, brands or guess how in the world he will reach the top of the skylight..etc. Everything what was agreed on - was delivered with a great accuracy.
From our renovating experience it is rare to meet someone in the contracting business as considering, patient and punctual as Nelson. During the project he also implemented some extras here and there just to get the best out of our reno. And even when I changed my mind about certain colour for one wall, he was happy to listen. The new color was intense orange and Nelson took his time and did three coats in order to reach the full potential of the colour.

From the quoting, scheduling and based on final and excellent results I'm rating our project 10 and would recommend
N2 Details without a doubt.
