I was scouting for patio door contractor for my new home and did my research as I cannot afford to make a mistake during this challenging COVID-19 times. Magic Windows stood out because of the technology they use and so I made an appointment for site consultation.
Rick was very punctual and prepared. Very knowledgeable about the product and he doesn't rush with his explanation. The installers did a wonderful job and they were not rushing too. They were very careful during the installation and cleaned up pretty well after. They were very respectful to our home! Savo, one of the installers, was very friendly, polite, and skilled in his craft. He made very good suggestions to solve some of the issues he encountered when they were installing the patio doors. My husband couldn't agree more as he is knowledgeable on building science and so he understands the technicalities involved in the process. Over-all, our patio doors turned out GREAT! I am very satisfied and it's worth the wait!
