We purchased a 'Magic Windows' patio door. It turned out that our decision to go with a 3 panel, was incorrect, due to the space we had avaialble for the door. We called and mentioned this - the owner of the company, Sol, came to our home personally to check out our situation. He made it right for us - just today, 2 very polite, capable and efficient installers from the company, installed a brand new 2 panel door, which fits much better. And this was at no extra cost to us! They took out the entire 3 panel door, and fully replaced it with a new 2 panel door. Never, have I seen such care and attention to a customer's needs. We are totally satisfied and very happy with everything. Thank you Sol and Magic Windows for making our investment the perfect one.
