I don't believe I have had a worse experience with a technician coming into my home. We have used Aire One in the past to service our furnace & hot water on demand unit and now we needed some assistance with our AC unit. We thought to call Aire One. However this time, the Aire One technician who arrived was, argumentative among other things and on several occasions told me to "Keep it Simple" and to "Not worry about the pools of water on my basement floor!".
He also took several calls during the 15 minutes he was in my home. The technician never introduced himself, he did not listen to the challenges we had been experiencing and noticing with the AC unit and had no interest whatsoever in being collaborative. He complained about the traffic to get to my home during one of his phone calls and then proceeded to complain about me in front of my face to this same person on the phone. In the end my husband and I requested he leave prior to completing his work. It was a very uncomfortable situation.
Overall, I have never experienced such a lack of customer service from a technician in my home.
