Water Filtration & Purification review in

My wife went down into the basement to store some stuff and there was water everywhere! She called Mags and he was able to come and repair it. The cheap plastic drainage value was cracked. The Y joint was cracked and he was able to take it out. More importantly he was able to remove the remaining plastic. Instead of saying "you need a new one" he went out and bought a proper metal Y joint and installed it without us having to buy a new water tank.

On a secondary note, I suggest that you NEVER buy a reliance product as their items have all failed within a pathetic 1-3 year timeframe of purchasing them
