They did a large job at our house in 2012 that involved installing railings at both the front and back of the house, as well as two gates at the entrance to backyard. This was done professionally and on schedule with a beautiful final product. Over the years due to sinking of wooden posts on one side, the gates became poorly aligned and their security locks and latches did not fit well. Although Yevgeniy provided us with instructions how to fix it ourselves, we have asked for their help which they provided promptly and as a courtesy service with no charge. They send us Peter who did a wonderful job adjusting the gates that can now close perfectly, inspected all railings and gates and touched up the paint so that everything is as good as new! Many thanks to Yevgeniy, Mariya (for scheduling), and especially Peter who was very patient and helpful in addressing all my concerns. They clearly take pride in their work and provide exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them, and we hope to remain their customers for life!
