I contacted Alex via email on Monday and by Wednesday the repair was completed. My railing on my veranda is coming up on a half century and two of the support legs had rusted out. A relatively small job compared to a complete install, I was still afforded the same professionalism and courtesy as someone spending thousands of dollars.
