We had another company come and the entire experience was frightening to say the least and we had enough doubt in what we were told that we decided it was worth it to pay for a second opinion. Jerry came and the experience was a complete change. He thoroughly inspected the chimney, told us how to fix minor problems ourselves, answered all our questions and was completely professional and put our minds at ease.
