Many of the houses in our neighborhood were coming due for roof replacement. A friend down the street had Robert replace their roof. They were pleased with his service and workmanship so I asked for a quote from him and from several other companies.
Robert was the only contractor to go up on the roof to examine it close up. He emailed me photos of the roof and pointed out the damages along with his opinion of what was required. Robert's quote was average from the several quotes that I received, however I felt his to be the most representative of the work required because he had been up on the roof and seen the damage up close. As a result I contracted him to do the work.
I am very pleased with the results. His crew was fast and efficient and cleaned up after the job. The work was done as contracted along with several extras like painting the existing bare metal flashing to match the installed flashing. The work was completed on time and on budget.
I highly recommend this company.
