Honestly could not have been a better experience. Robert made time for a same-day visit, quickly diagnosed the problem, and offered to fix it on the spot. Took photos before and after, took photos of other sections of my roof (nothing to fix immediately, but things to keep an eye on), and walked me through the steps he took to fix the job.
Thorough, high quality work. Would recommend.
