We were given reference through family friends. We contacted Mr. Dimitry from Galaxy Windows and he was thorough professional in his job. He walked us through design consultations, recommendation and entire process of ordering and installations. The measurements were accurate, sealing around the windows was perfect and it reduced the outside vehicle noise to great extent. We are extremely satisfied with services from Galaxy Windows entire team, Alex and Dimitry. We will recommend to any one in a heart beat.

I wanted to replace my front doors as it was getting old and the door jamb was kind of broken. I already worked with Galaxy Windows & Doors last year to replace all my windows and decided to go with them again because I trust their workmanship. They were excellent again with the work. Dmitri came to the house and provided us lots of options to choose and recommended a great colour for our home. Alex was perfect during the door installation. He was kind enough to install the smart doorbell and smart lock as well. All in all, a great experience working with them and I recommend them highly for doors and windows replacement.

We needed several widow frames and glass replaced. Alex from Galaxy came to give an estimate and we were quite impressed with his knowledge and manner. His quote was better than others that we had received. We selected to go with Galaxy. A few weeks later Michael and Milan arrived as scheduled with the new windows. They worked hard, did a perfect job, and cleaned up after themseles. They were so careful that we didn't even have to do any touch-up paint. Alex came by to do an inspection. Everyting was perfect. This is the second time in 5 years that I have contracted Galaxy Windows to do a job for me. The first time some years ago was to replace 7 windows and a sliding door. This time, it's to replace two more windows and my front door.

As before, the work performed was very professional--from the consultation, to the quote, to the measurements, to the installation and clean up. They do a very clean and thorough job.

I was extremely pleased with the work done by Alex and his team, from the beginning meeting and free quote, Alex was professional and pleasant and patient with me answers as I a lot of questions regarding what kind of windows, how are they installed etc. His team were timely, knowledgeable and worked around my schedule.
