Alex helped us out in the beginning and Yuri and his helper did such fine job, we felt we were in great hands. We are very pleased with the installation. With new Heritage windows our home looks much better to us from the inside and out, not to mention the evident energy efficiency of the windows. I would recommend Galaxy to anyone looking to upgrade the windows.

Our old bungalow had aluminum windows that we covered in plastic in the winter cause they leaked both air and water. After contacting 5 different companies we chose Galaxy Windows. Customer service, the quote, the attention to detail, the installation, cleanup and the follow up after, everything was perfect. I would and have recommended this company to friends and family. From my first consultation to the completion of the project, all was extremely smooth and stress-free. I needed windows for awhile. Mine were hideous. I also have been into the green stuff lately. I knew for a fact that my windows were causing me to spend more money on energy than I wanted to. Saving the environment and conserving energy is very important to me too.

I told my mom that I was planning on buying new windows. We had a few estimates. My mom told me to try Galaxy Windows. She liked the way Alex explained to her everything about windows.
