Galaxy Windows

Once again Alex and his team delivered for me in providing new windows and a front door for our new home that we are renovating. The windows look great and our door is awesome. As usualy the site is always cleaned up afterwards and if there are any issues, they are imediately taken care of!

Everything was done perfectly from the first step of the estimation to the last step of the installation of windows.Dmitry was the most knowledgeable person among all other estimators when presenting the windows and doors products to us. He was able to answer all the questions and helped us to choose the most suitable windows for our house. The price was very good for the given quality of the windows and was significantly better than any other estimations we've got from other companies. The installation was done as scheduled; no delays and no problems. Yuri and Vasiliy have done a great job, keeping everything as clean as possible. Those two guys were working very hard. We had a pretty big project to install 8 windows and 1 door and everything was done amazingly fast, considering the quality of the installation.
Finally we will definitely recommend the Galaxy Windows Ltd to all our friends for any windows/doors project. You can trust this company without any doubts.

I was referred by a friend to galaxy windows , I should say I am very satisfied from their service from the beginning to the end , Dimitry sounds knowledgeable and confident to explain the options, all installer staff were nice and did a clean job , overall I got a good quality of service and products with reasonable cost.

I had about 6 quotes from different companies and the price range was pretty similar for the same product. What made the difference in my decision was this:-
1) Alex the owner spent 2 hours to understand our requirement, showed us samples of windows and made sure we knew exactly what we were ordering.
2) Price : Although his price was slightly higher than the other guy, he matched it.
3) Post ordering to Galaxy Windows : My windows were done on the day they committed and it took 2 guys, 1 day. Hats off to the installer (also Alex) who did a phenomenal job on the installation making sure there were no faults. He is a pro and cares about his service.

At the end, it proved to be a great choice going with Galaxy and I would do it again. Thanks Alex and Alex.

My wife and I had a number of companies in to our house in Hamilton (built in 1918) to quote on replacing all of our original wooden windows. Dmitri made the best presentation out of the whole lot, and also offered the best price. The window product he showed us (Window City) was also of a very high quality and we were quite impressed. He was also the only one who showed us a portfolio of work, which was very convincing and a nice touch. In the process of making a deal, we also added 3 doors into the mix. Our house is quite old, and as such the windows and doors are all of odd sizes and the frames are at odd angles. When all was said and done, everything worked perfectly and looked fantastic, inside and out. Dmitri's crew were great guys, extremely efficient and passionate about getting the job done right. They didn't skimp on details, and made sure everything was cleaned up and tidy. We were extremely happy with our decision and we couldn't have picked a better company. Very highly recommended.

Dimitri came to give us estimates and we closed the deal on the same evening. We were impressed by his knowledge and honesty. I asked Dimitri for a colour sample so we can match our exterior trim paint and he dropped off the sample in our mailbox at midnight (this guy doesn't sleep!). 4 weeks later Yuri came to install our new windows with No Mess and No Fuss. These guys work hard for their money. I highly recommended them.
