Our font door Weslock mechanism wasn’t working. I phoned Barcres and explained the issue to Sylvia. She asked me to send photos, which I did and she responded immediately with drawings and advice on how I could fix it myself. I was unable to drive to Barcres to pick up the new parts due to a recent injury. That also meant I was technically one-handed and couldn’t work on the lock myself.
I called Sylvia and she arranged for someone to come by and fix the issue. Ten minutes work by the technician and I am truly amazed and thankful for the incredible service and support! Very fee companies see the value in after service and support. Obviously Barcres isn’t one of them!
