I've purchased cameras and computers at Staples and am always very pleased with their service. Return, repairs, or exchanges have always been super easy. They have a no questions program where any issue occurs you can bring the item in and change it for one brand new, even if no longer carry that model (see store for specifics). Recommend highly!

P.S. there price match policy is very useful. I've even looked up prices online (on their computers in-store) and had them print it and match that price!

Customer service as it should be! From start to finish, this daunting task I kept putting off and finally decided to act on was made easy, just like the Staples motto. Following the clear instructions on their website helped me narrow down exactly what I needed before I visited the store. At the store, Nick, Andrew, and Edward in the tech/computer department continued the excellent customer service experience on the day of purchase and afterwards by being available even when very busy and fully answering all of my questions and concerns with their great knowledge, professionalism and patience. Even the cashier was a pleasure to interact with. A minor issue with my wireless router came up and they made sure it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Everything very clearly explained and again all questions answered. Very happy with their set-up service, you literally can bring everything home, plug it in, and you're good to go. No hassles. Highly recommend and will continue to go there for future purchases! Thank-you Staples!

some how I ended up with the virus on my pc
I went to the staples in Cobourg for they promotion PC cleaning virus removal software updates.
I drop my pc at the staples service desk in the morning and pick it up after work.
Virus gone
PC runs faster
all drivers and OS up to date with latest drivers
for $90 plus tax good deal for me
