Sales presentation too long. Furniture was picked up about a week before pandemic shut down. NO communication from company and voice mail on company phone just said company closed and do not leave a message as they were not monitoring phone.No communication until after shut down started lifting and phone voice mail message said to leave message but do not expect a quick reply. Got a reply a couple days after leaving a terse message to arrange delivery of table. First delivery table could not be put together. Had to wait another week for delivery.

They look amazing! Originally mahogany red and now a beautiful deep espresso, they look brand new. We're so happy we didn't sell the pieces as we had planned as they are quality wood. It was more than we had wanted to spend but upon seeing the final products we are very happy, totally worth it. TMC worked with us on the budget and each member we dealt with was professional and friendly, especially Tino!

Absolute terrible experience. We had a gentleman come to our door with fabulous things to say about this company and warning us that it will be expensive but that the work they do will speak for itself. We paid 6K for our table to be done up front. We got our table back UNFINISHED. There was no stain on certain parts of the table, the mechanisms weren't touched (when we were told they would fix them), the table was unlevelled (they blamed it on our floor). They refused to offer back any money, or help us at all in the situation. The table was sent back to have the job done AGAIN. Then our delivery was delayed because they ran out of the stain the day before it was supposed to be delivered...
Not right.

Started with a very clear and detailed explanation of process to be employed, time frame of project and costs, by the appraiser Keith.

Once in the shop, received call from shop floor manager who went through itemized checklist to ensure accuracy of the written estimate prior to starting.

Finally, the very friendly and professional company drivers, delivered the table on time, making sure it was wrapped in protective padding. They then unpacked the table very carefully, attached the legs adding new pads and together we analyzed the job to ensure our total satisfaction!

We were extremely pleased from beginning to end with the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to proudly recommend TMC Restoration to anyone with fine furniture that deserves a professional makeover!

The solid cherry dining room table was refinished to remove scratches and to make the colour and finish match a less shiny hutch. The end result was excellent. The chairs were re-upholstered (not refinished) and they now look amazing and more current. The workmanship and service were excellent.

TMC Restoration just re-upholstered my leather reclining sofa and 2 chairs. After being told it could not be done by others, I was glad I found TMC. They guaranteed their work, but the price was a bit too high, I still trusted them to do the work, which they did. YOU ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR anyway. They kept me up-to-date on the progress of the work and delivered before the promised time.

Before I took delivery of my set, they called me to tell me that it looked beautiful and I thought to myself, sure it looks beautiful, you just re-upholstered at a costly price, you're not going to tell me it looks awful.

However, when it was delivered to my home by two very professional and attentive men, my husband and I were truly surprised, my couch doesn't look re-upholstered, they have kept the integrity of the set and its now a brand new leather couch. We are very happy with the work and service received, yes I could have bought a cheaper less expensive set, but it wouldn't have been the one that I really wanted, like this one.

The work was very professional. I noticed one flaw, but I dont mind it, it looks like a measurement error

They made our furniture look and feel like new; we couldn't be happier! They finished the project before the date they had said, and delivered the newly restored couch and chairs a couple of days after it was ready.

Had Two large curio cabinets stripped and refinished. On the start to the finish we were kept up to date with phone calls and samples. Would highly recommend if anybody wants their high-end furniture done. Love the product. Thank you so much guys.

My chairs have never looked better. It is an old dining room suite and the chairs were very scarred. The seats were not very comfortable after sitting on them for a while. Now the new foam makes them very comfortable and the wood looks amazing. The price for the work seemed high but they look and feel like brand new chairs.
