Careful Movers Calgary No Longer In Business

This was the worst experience of the move. I would have preferred to have done it myself. These people were ruse during the move, the manager we contacted to complain to after the move was AWFUL- he hung up on us when we were asking about how to go about receiving a damage claim, and was degrading and sarcastic.
The move itself: they were NOT careful, broke 2 of our items, put a scratch in the wall, and put things back together only to look like it was back together (ie, didn't screw the screws in on the bed, placed the couches for the basement at the bottom of the stairs instead of putting them in a place that made sense.) They also took a 20 minute break every hour, and they are paid by the hour. Finally, when we wanted to claim our broken items, they said I would have to pay $400 to process the claim. Absurd. I hope other people never have to experience a move like this.
