Disruption to neighbourhood - loud and unpleasant construction

Living near a Plazacorp construction site has been hell. They work outside legal hours, including before 7 AM, build at heights and designs that block neighbours' natural light, and create disruptive noise pollution. The street behind by the building they're putting up is in perpetual shadow now--and sound from the site can be heard through neighbours' walls--now for two years.
